How to write a resume that gets calls
Keep it to one page. Start each point with what you did and add a number where you can ("cut costs by 20%", "handled 50 customers a day"). Put your strongest skills at the top, and use the same words as the job post.

Is the resume ATS friendly?
The PDF is a clean single-page layout with clear headings (Profile, Experience, Education, Skills). Many companies accept it. For portals that need plain text, copy the same words into their form.
Should I add a photo?
In India many employers like a photo; for jobs abroad, leave it out. The photo is optional in every design.
I'm a fresher. What should I write?
Put Education first in your mind: your degree, projects, internships, certificates and skills. Use the More section for college activities and achievements.
